From October 2026, some third鈥�party email apps such as Apple Mail (the native Mail app on macOS and iOS) may no longer work fully with University email accounts due to Microsoft changes.
Recommended action
To avoid disruption, we recommend only using Outlook applications (web, desktop, or mobile) to access your University email.
